I lose roughly around 1700 calorie doing nothing. In that case , i have to reduce my calorie intake by 500-1000 to lose weight per week BUT i read that body goes into 'starving' mode if the calorie intake reaches less than 1200, and that means slowing down of metabolism so you wont lose your fat storage fast.

Hope i interpreted the calorie thingy right. lol.
